Because our products are delivered digitally, no physical items will be shipped.

Delivery of Digital Products

All digital products are delivered electronically.
Immediately after purchase, you will receive:

  1. An order confirmation email

  2. An email containing the download link(s) for your digital files

In most cases, access is provided instantly. If your purchase includes membership or online training access, instructions will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Accessing Your Digital Files

Digital downloads are available directly from your email or your account login (if applicable).
If you do not receive your download email within 5–10 minutes, please:

  • Check your spam/junk folder

  • Search for an email from trainer@medmasters.org

  • Confirm that your email address was entered correctly at checkout

If you still cannot locate your files, contact us and we will resend the download links.

No Physical Shipping Charges

Because products are delivered electronically, no shipping fees apply.
You will not receive any physical items in the mail.

Download Expiration

Download links may have a limited number of downloads for security reasons.
If you need your link reset, simply contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Incorrect Email Address

We are not responsible for the delivery of digital products to an incorrect or mistyped email address provided at checkout.
If this occurs, please contact us so we can manually resend your files once your identity is confirmed.

If you experience difficulty downloading or accessing your materials, we offer full support.

Refunds for Digital Products

Digital products cannot be returned once downloaded.
For this reason, all digital product sales are final.

If you experience issues accessing your files, we will work with you to resolve the problem promptly.
