2. Digital Product Access

Upon purchase, you will receive access to downloadable files or online training resources.
You are responsible for:

All digital products are licensed for individual or single-clinic use only, unless otherwise stated.

3. Membership Access

Membership plans grant access to digital resources as long as the subscription remains active.
If a membership is canceled or lapses, access to member-only content is removed.

We reserve the right to modify membership offerings, pricing, or content at any time.

4. Payment & Billing

By purchasing a product or subscription, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

For subscriptions:

  • Charges occur automatically each billing cycle

  • You may cancel at any time

  • Access ends at the end of your paid period

Chargebacks for delivered digital products constitute misuse of the payment system and may result in revoked account access.

5. Refund Policy

Because our products are digital and cannot be returned, all sales are final once the files have been accessed or downloaded.

If you experience a technical issue, we will help you access your files.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including:

  • Training videos

  • SOPs, protocols, and written materials

  • Digital downloads

  • Logos, branding, and website content

is owned by MedMasters and protected under copyright law.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Share purchased materials with other clinics or individuals

  • Upload materials to another website or platform

  • Circumvent membership access restrictions

  • Reverse engineer or misuse digital tools or calculators

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

We provide educational and informational materials only.
We are not responsible for:

  • Clinical decisions

  • Outcomes of therapies

  • Misuse of equipment

  • User error

All content is for educational purposes and should not replace professional medical judgment.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You may stop using our site at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
